Ryan turned five this past weekend, so Max and I joined him and his family, along with Jane and Austin and their kiddos, at the Oakland Zoo in the morning before heading out to Yosemite.We saw some animals...
Did some death-defying stunts...
Did some very busy exploring...
And some learning about bugs with Interp Expert Auntie Jane...
We rode the train...
And spent a bunch of time looking adorable...
But mostly I spent time taking photos of the backs of children...
Overall, a very successful trip to the zoo, and a great start to a fantastic weekend!
